Customer journey​​

From User Experience to Customer Journey.

Ornellaia was looking for something dynamic, where the brand image and the values could be consistently illustrated. We helped Ornellaia project and realise its website, imaging it as an environment that emotions, engages and involves the visitor through wines, properties and more in general through this historical Italian brand. The website is available in six languages, it has a fluid and pleasant user experience and all the images are conceived to involve the visitors. To make the customer journey more effective, we realised a photo index with all the labels, so that people can easily reach the product they are interested in.

Customer Satisfaction: real time and at hand.

The Ornellaia app, available in Italian, English and German, is only for business customers and it is accessible by entering a code at the first log in. After that, users can freely surf the app, designed in every single detail to offer a unique experience. From the CMS, Ornellaia’s team can easily manage the news area and send push notifications. The app is integrated to the CRM that reworks the data collected for remarketing actions. This is how this app is part of a wider strategy of loyalty and customer satisfaction.

We developed a Press Analysis tool that analyses and monitors brand reputation in press. It is a user friendly web application with controlled access that quickly measures Ornellaia performances on digital and traditional press. This tool measures how many times press media publish something about Ornellaia and its products, tracing geographical distribution of newspapers and the main features of every article posted, thanks to a system of tags that identifies and qualifies contents. This tool has also a business intelligence dashboard for a multi-dimensional analysis of press articles, which is useful to compare the investment to the results achieved. This Press Analysis tool is integrated to Ornellaia’s information and technological assets.

Digital workplace

Information as shared patrimony.

The intranet Connect gives Ornellaia, its Group and all its external partners a unique space where relevant information can be gathered.
This intranet is based on a customised Microsoft technology and it can be reached by web browser, although it is on a protected space. It became essential for daily work routine.
